- Appointment Booking and Cancellation
- Appointments must be booked in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- Arrival Time
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your relaxation process.
- Late Arrival
- If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure that the next appointment can start on time. Full payment for the scheduled time will still be required.
- Health and Safety
- Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions.
- Personal Belongings
- We recommend leaving valuable items at home as the spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
- Payment and Gratuity
- Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is appreciated but not included in the service price. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and cash.
- Behavior and Etiquette
- Please maintain a quiet and respectful environment. Mobile phones should be turned off or set to silent mode to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests.
- Age Restrictions
- Guests must be at least 16 years old to receive treatments. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Health and Hygiene
- If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the health and safety of all guests and staff.
- Gift Cards and Packages
- Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and must be used within the specified validity period.
