  1. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
    • Appointments must be booked in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

    • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your relaxation process.
  3. Late Arrival
    • If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure that the next appointment can start on time. Full payment for the scheduled time will still be required.
  4. Health and Safety
    • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions.
  5. Personal Belongings
    • We recommend leaving valuable items at home as the spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  6. Payment and Gratuity
    • Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is appreciated but not included in the service price. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and cash.
  7. Behavior and Etiquette
    • Please maintain a quiet and respectful environment. Mobile phones should be turned off or set to silent mode to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests.
  8. Age Restrictions
    • Guests must be at least 16 years old to receive treatments. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  9. Health and Hygiene
    • If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the health and safety of all guests and staff.
  10. Gift Cards and Packages
    • Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and must be used within the specified validity period.
